I just had an outstanding veg*n sandwich (wrap actually) at a little cafe in town(columbia, sc). I'm eating the half I brought home right now. That's why I had to post.
It's nothing fancy, but d**n! Ok, it DOES have cheese, but certainly can be made without.
Hummus, goat cheese, avocado, red peppers, cucumbers, and alfafa sprouts on a spinach wrap.
It is really good.
Mmmm...I think avocados and sprouts are seriously two of my favorite veggies ever (well, technically, avocados are a fruit, but in any event...). Sounds delicious! I'm jealous :)
mmm.........nothing like a good veggie wrap. Yesterday I had a hummus, spinach, tomato wrap I got at the health food store. Somehow I just can't make them as good as they can.
I had a very delicious falafel, hummus, tomato, spinach red onion wrap the other night. It was yummy and I ate every last bite of it. :D
That sounds great.
Anything with slices of vegan bacon. :P
All of these sound great! I just had a really good wrap too! It was a hummus deluxe with hummus, lettuce, tomatoes, pickels--it was awesome-I never knew how good pickels went together!
I love hummus on sandwiches but I tend to use so much, it gets messy to eat! LOL
Lotus, that sarny sounds lush!!
Avocado, bean sprouts, mashed and seasoned black beans (or black bean hummus!), and tomato--if you can make your maters behave and not slide out of the bread! ;D
