Tahini Recipes?

I was reading an earlier thread about tahini and it inspired me to buy some. Since I am a "newbie" to this product, I would like to know some good recipes to try for my first dish.
This hummus recipe has been in my recipe box forever! It seems very popular, and I keep meaning to make it! http://vegweb.com/index.php?topic=7148.0
I always think of hummus when I hear "tahini," but I know there are lots of other recipes that call for it, as well!
I find I prefer the toasted tahini to the untoasted. Toasted tahini is good even on my brekky toast, though it can taste a bit "dry.
I really like this recipe. It's easy, but I do usually double the sauce recipe to coat all the cauliflower. I also use Bragg's instead of Tamari.

Somebody suggested tahineh on a baked potato...I bet that would be good, or stirred into some mashed potatoes.

Yes!!! Tahini IS good on baked potatoes!
