Any help would be great.

Why do you want to thicken it?
You can make tapioca with soymilk even though you don't use eggs.
Soymilk can be make more concentrated and somewhat thicker if you do it yourself. If you are after making yuba sheets (soymilk scum) you need homemade soymilk and boil it to concentrate it for making it scum up to lift off the yuba sheets.
If you are wanting it thicker to drink, you'd have to add a sweetner. Succinat and rice syrup both do that.
Just need to know what you are up to to advise you.
