Anybody try Imagine no chicken broth? I thought that was good. Not bad.

The very best 'chicken' broth I have had is a receipe by Bryanna Clark available in one her newsletters. I think it's only $20/year to get her newsletter, and that is worth this recipe alone. It's a power you make and mix with water whenever you need it. It's amazing.

I typically just use vegetable broth, but when I buy the chicken-style seitan made by White Wave (in a tofu-like container), I use the juice left over as chicken broth... I think it's way more concentrated though. Real good ;)

There are 2 chicken style broths I love. The Osem one is great but a typical VERY salty broth and there is another one I have that is a little more clumpy and not as salty.....can't remember what it's called but it comes in a blue can. It is very tasty too. :)
