Ok, this is so strange. Just as I pulled up vegweb on my computer this recipe for "wacky cake" was featured in the margin http://vegweb.com/index.php?topic=6463.0 and at the same time they were talking about Wacky Cake on NPR!
Strange Coincidence :D

I haven't tried that Wacky Cake, but I've tried this one http://vegweb.com/index.php?topic=6336.0. I thought it was ok. Just make sure you get a good icing.
