YES!!! Most of the time, I just make the sauce for the week. That way I have fresh noodles each time (I'm weird about noodles being kept too long, i think they get mushy).

Definitely!!!! It makes 2 loaves, so I freeze 1.
Chana Masala, 4 Herb Shampoo, and the cheese sauce from the Cheesy Bean/Cheese Enchiladas. They are all made frequently! I actually used the masala recipe tonight as a base for a meal with some chicken-style seitan. Delicious! ;D

That and Carol's Dal Curry.
I love this lasagna (http://vegweb.com/index.php?topic=13302.0) because it's soooo easy to make and sooooo flavorful. Just use regular lasagna noodles - you don't even have to boil them! (I can never seem to find the no-boil variety). I get rave reviews from the meat-eaters every time I make it. It's perfect comfort food, requires minimal prep and cleanup and it's easily adaptable if you wish to add veggies.
I make this at least once a month (at least!). It is sooo easy and good.

The tomato-olive-soysauce-zucchini flavour is hard to beat.
I've made a variation on the 'carrot spaghetti' tons of times. I've shredded zucchini into it, made a creamy sauce to cover it,tossed with roasted grape tomatoes..the possibilities are endless.
So many....right now my husband and I are loving the Cheezy Lasagna. I love the herbed tofu and vegan cream cheese combo. MMM-MMM!
This stuff is amazing. I always use different veggies. Whatever I have on hand that day.
