This is inspired by the first few posts on the Vegan Dream Jerky thread.
What is your vegan dream--whether it be a food product you wish there were, or a gadget you'd like to see invented, or something else?

Maybe we can fire up the inventors/entrepreneurs/investors out there?

OK, OK...but I can vegan dream, can't I? ;)

MY vegan dream would be a tofu press in stainless steel. Just slide your block of tofu in (it'd be adjustable) and set it to the desired thickness/firmness, wait about 5 min, and voila!

It would also have slots or an attachment to get perfectly even slices/cubes of the desired thickness.
