You know what's great on Brussels sprouts? Vegan cheese! Well, I guess it's good on pretty much anything (even Chinese food!), but it's especially good on Brussels sprouts. And the perfect cheese for the job? Why, Nacho Mom's Fire Roasted Vegan Queso (http://fatgoblin.com/), of course. Just take a jar of this spicy rich goodness and pour it over some lightly sautéed Brussels sprouts for a mind-blowing side dish. Or main dish. And dessert. Seriously, I could eat this stuff until I turn orange.

I haven't seen this queso yet in any nearby stores. I'd love to try it, though. Brussels sprouts are so tasty, & I bet this queso would be delicious on them.

I think I've only had brussel sprouts twice when I was young and hated them, but I love cabbage, so I'm thinking I may try them again .... I do love queso though! and I like the Daiya cheese so I really need to try this queso!
THis sounds like it would be really goos on broccoli too! and cauliflower, or roasted potaoes.....
