I am looking for a recipe that would simulate Bourbon Chicken. I use to love that when I consumed meat, but as always, I now realize it was the sauce that Kicked A$$. I have looked here on the site, and have not bumped into anything remotely like thee old dish. If someone could point me in the right direction I would be eternally grateful.

I don't know what bourbon chicken is, but I googled the recipe and it appears that the sauce is already vegan. You could just use the same recipe for the sauce, but substitute a vegan chicken cutlet, such as Gardein.

If you have another recipe that has non-vegan items, let us know what the non-vegan items are and maybe we can suggest substitutes.
