It was a surprise to me, at least! I read it in this article, which comes with an analysis of the development of vegan cheeses as well as some recommendations on where to celebrate in the Philadelphia area!

My vegan pizza was the final push for my son to become a vegetarian (he's not ready to give up eggs and yogurt yet). He liked it so much it's all I heard about after so I showed him how to make it on vegan pizza day.
