Awesome Vegan Ranch Dressing

What you need:

1/2 cup nondairy milk (I use Edensoy vanilla or regular flavor)
1/2 cup vegan mayonnaise (I use Nasoya Nayonaise)
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2-3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon dried or fresh parsley, finely chopped
salt and pepper, to taste

What you do:

Mix all ingredients in food processor.
This recipe tastes totally like the regular Ranch dressings on shelves in supermarkets. Everybody loves it and they all want the recipe hearing that it is vegan and so much healthier for you. I use it on salads, brown rice, baked potatoes, steamed veggies and a little thicker (add a bit more Nayonaise) as a veggie dip for raw vegetables. For the vegetable dip, I omit the red wine vinegar.

SO HOW'D IT GO?

I decided to make half a recipe just to try it and  I was pleasantly surprised. It was so creamy and very ranch-like! I used regular Soy Dream with Vegenaise. It was perfect for dipping cut up veggies and pouring over salad.

This recipe was very tasty! I would'nt call it ranch though, more like blue cheese or something like that. I used 1/4c org silk soymilk and 1Tbsp ren wine vinegar. I'll have to mess around with this recipe a bit.

This recipe is deeeelliiccioouus!!  It's the closest I have found yet!  I put a little less soy milk in so it was thicker, but still very yummy!
