Cheezy Chick'n Pockets

What you need:

1 (8 ounce) package vegan chick'n strips
4-6 ounces vegan cream cheese
1/4 cup vegan cheddar shreds (I use Daiya)
2 tablespoons fresh chives, snipped into little bits
2 (8 ounce) packages dough sheets (I use Pillsbury)

What you do:

1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Prepare chick'n strips as directed on package. Mix cream cheese, cheddar shreds, chives, and prepared chick'n in a bowl.
2. Roll out sheet dough, and cut into 4 squares per package. Drop about 2 tablespoons cheese mixture onto each square and fold the dough onto itself, forming a small packet.
3. Repeat until the mixture is used up. Place the packets on a cookie sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until packets are golden brown. Let cool for 1-2 minutes before eating.
My omnivorous children devoured these in less than five minutes.
Source of recipe: I adapted this from an omnivorous recipe I heard about years ago, don't remember the source.
