Delicious Apple Salad

What you need: 

2 apples, cored and cubed
2/3 cup raisins
1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
1/2 cup raw unsalted sunflower seeds
3 tablespoons plain nondairy yogurt
1 tablespoon flaxseed oil

What you do: 

Combine all ingredients in a bowl; evenly mix.

SO HOW'D IT GO?

This recipe is delicious! I made it without the oil and it was perfect. This fruit salad tastes good at any time of day and is so tasty that it rarely lasts more than 24 hours at my house.  ;)

This is also tasty with a spoonful of liquid sweetener of your preference. I imagine it being good wth Udo's Oil  as well. If you have neither of the oils, omitting it will work.  Mmmmm.... hemp hearts are lovely too.... ;)
