Hobo Hummus

What you need: 

2 (14 ounce) cans garbanzo beans
2 tablespoons peanut butter
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon cumin
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper, optional
salt, to taste

What you do: 

1. Completely drain one can of beans and add to blender.
2. Add other can of beans to blender with liquid.
3. Add the rest of the ingredients into blender. Proceed to blend until desired consistency.

ive made the pb substitution many times and sometimes i think its even better- pb and fresh garlic is an amazing combo
