Pesto Bruschetta

What you need: 

5 slices Italian bread, toasted
5 tablespoons vegan basil pesto (I use Meditalia)
chopped tomatoes, cold though

What you do: 

Arrange the toasted bread on the plate or platter. On each slice, spread 1 tablespoon of pesto and top with chopped tomatoes. Enjoy!
