Vegan Aioli

What you need: 

2 garlic cloves, peeled and finely chopped or processed

1/2 pound silken tofu

1/2 Lemon, juice only

1/2 tablespoon cumin

 Pinch of oregano

Pinch of salt

 

What you do: 


1. Peel and finely chop garlic, or add to a blender/food processor with a drop of oil until garlic is very finely chopped. 

2. Add the tofu, lemon juice, oil and salt and puree for approx 30 seconds.

3. Adjust levels of salt, garlic and lemon juice to your liking.

4.Chill until ready to serve.

This is an excellent dipping sauce! It is incredibly easy to make and tastes great with home made pizza, burgers, french fries, tacos, burritos and SO many other things! A definite staple in my home!
