Artisan Vegan Cheese by Miyoko Schinner
Just borrowed this from the library. Any thoughts from others who've tried the recipes?
A number of them call for rejuvelac. Has anyone made this? It seems doable but time consuming. Maybe I'll go for one the recipes that start with soy yogurt instead.
Have not seen that one. The Ultimate Uncheese Cookbook by Joanne Stepaniak is the one I use.
Very delicious recipes! I almost don't even miss cheese with this book!
