Maia's Peanut Butter Blobs

What you need: 

1/2 cup reduced fat peanut butter
2 tablespoons safflower oil
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
2 handfuls of rolled oats
3 tablespoons wheat germ
1/2 teaspoon ground flaxseed *see note*

What you do: 

In a medium sized bowl mix peanut butter, 1 tablespoon ofthe oil and the powdered vegan sugar with your hands until a softdough-like ball forms.Then put the peanut butter mixture and the leftover 1tablespoon of oil in a non-stick medium panover medium~low heat until it begins to melt..stirringfrequently.Once it is melted add all the other ingredients...mix welland remove from heat.Let cool for 5 minutes...then form into 12 balls...Then enjoy! ;-)
Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
****You can get whole flaxseeds in most health food stores,and you can grind them in a coffee mill....they are verygood for you****
