Mango Lassi

What you need: 

1/2 cup mango sorbet
1 cup oat milk
1/2 teaspoon Rose's Sweetened Lime Juice or rosewater

What you do: 

Place all ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth! The ingredient amounts are very flexible, but this makes a thick, smooth drink that tastes very similar to those you can get at Indian restaurants, but without the dairy milk. I prefer oat milk for this recipe because it has a less distinct flavor than almond or soy milk but is a lot creamier than rice milk.
