SO HOW'D IT GO?

This was super yummy!
I didn't have any avocado on hand, so I just added a little bit more oil and water... yum! So glad there were leftovers  ^-^

SOOOO GOOOD...

my blender was acting a bit crazy, it's mad to have liquid added so there were a few huge chunks, and the sauce came out more salsa consistency lol.. but despite that this stuff was amazing.

This is very good....I wasn't sure it would make very much, which it doesn't, but its the perfect portion for this....I don't know if I would have wanted any more....not that I didn't like it, I just had my fill after a while.  My husband loved it!  Its always a challenge to get him to eat his vegetables (like a little kid :))  And I liked the use of the avocado in the nooch sauce....
