Interesting idea. I did what I'm sure you have already done, which is to google adzuki bean dip and adzuki bean spread, but to no avail. On the bright side, I did find a vegetarian adzuki bean stew recipe to try out so it surely wasn't a total waste of effort.
If you decide to take a stab at creating a dip, I sure would love to hear about the results!
Good Luck

Hmmm, Depends, what are you mixing it with?
There are several Japanese desserts that combine black seasame seed (korugoma) with azuki. You could make a sweet dip with azuki as a base and sprinkle on top or have on the side the kurogoma.
In times of desperation I have mixed tsubuan (half-crushed cooked azuki) with plain yogurt and eaten it as is. For variety I would sprinkle a little kurogoma on top because apparently I am addicted to black food.
keep us posted on what you do!
