Anyone know a recipe for homemade chocolate?

I have some unsweetened chocolate bars. I've tried to make chocolate with it before, but it always turns out with a fudgy texture. Has anyone made homemade chocolate and can share a recipe?
That stuff is primarily used for baking... it isn't made for that use.

Yep. You would probably want some cocoa butter if you wanted to make chocolate.
What exactly are you doing with it? Adding a little powder milk and sugar might work make it more palatable but too much and it wont re-set.
Yep, you'd need cocoa butter (food grade!) and maybe lecithin to get it to work.
