New Orleans/Mississippi Restaurants?

Hi everyone!
I just searched through the pos about restaurants in cities, but did not see anything about New Orleans or anywhere in Mississippi.
My parents will be travelling there. I remember when I was there my options were fairly limited. Any restaurant suggestions would be hugely appreciated. Doesn't have to be 100% vegetarian, just veg-friendly to some degree.
In Mississippi they will specifically be in Buloxi (sp??).

Hi I am from New Orleans. Most restaurants will cook something vegetarian if you ask (make sure to specify no poultry or fish) many people down south think this is not meat). Also do not be surpised if the wait staff says we have seafood. I am always having to correct people I eat nothing with a face/or that had a face including clams, oysters etc. Unfortunately a lot of the restaurants I use to frequent are no longer open thanks to Katrina :'( Since your parents are going to be in Biloxi some of the casinos have vegetarian options. In Slidell, LA there is a restaurant called Thai Orchid they have many vegetarian dishes. If they come to New Orleans many restaurants offer veggie burgers and pasta. Sorry I could not be of any more help. Things just are not the same after the storm.
Yea New Orleans hasn't been the same :( If you can find a McAllisters they have a few salads/baked potatoes. My favorite there is the california classic, no cheese, add cucumber with pretzels and an extra pickle! Best $5 I ever spend for lunch :D
