Calling all submissions for the Second Vegweb Iron Chef Challenge!

Im so confused
Voters are encouraged to try cooking some of the recipes that they are interested in to see if the quality of the work. You can also vote for something that has a nice combination of ingredients that you might think would taste good, but has no picture.

Okay I've been throwing this around... Ice Cream as the ingredient... not making Ice Cream but using ice cream in a recipe somehow... I haven't worked it all out yet. :) Maybe for future rounds in hot weather.

I think I'd best go back and read the entire first round thread (which I haven't done) so I don't ask a question that has already been answered, but I'm thinking it might be a lot of fun to participate in this, if there is room for another.
Hey, the category thing might be pretty cool.......although also a bit broad at times, but I guess the Pumpkin challenge entries were pretty broad too ey?
Looking forward to this one. I feel like a dweeb* for getting so excited about this game! My bf just sort of laughed with that look on his face when I came home with pumpkin and said 'Well...we're doing this thing on vegweb....'

Yum...my two favorite foods to experiment with! Speaking of the challenge and ice cream, I ended up making a superb pumpkin ice cream about a week too late for entries :( . I'm still going to submit the recipe to vegweb though, and do my best to create a recipe for the new challenge before the deadline!

I can't think of any ingredients to sumbit... I'm drawing a huge blank! I'll have to bring the SO in on this...
RE: The catagory thing,
I think it's something Cam will have to decide based on what works with entries that come in.
IF we had divided the last one there would have been 1 Dessert and 15(?) Savory so breaking it down wouldn't have worked out well. You know?

The Garbonzo and sun dried tomato spread. Looks delish. I'm going to try it this weekend.
