What's for dinner?

I don't remember all that I eat every day, but dinner is the main cooking meal for me.
Last night we had green chile bean burritos with potatoes, peas, and cilantro and baked jalapeno poppers.
Tonight I plan on having Asian slaw, rice with green onions and sliced almonds, and cinnamon sugar bread.
After the 12-hour shift today there won't be much time, but I'm not really prepared to cook either. I'm thinking I'll scramble up some sausage and potaotes and call it a day.
Too hot too cook today. I'm thinking leftovers, probably in the form of teriyaki tempeh on a bed of greens and some onigiri. Maybe a slice of cinnamon bread, too.
Tofu nuggets and collards (from my garden) with tomatoes.
getting rid of fridge stuff/foods: roasted potatoes, carrots, and onion with tofurky sandwich. also made some granola
Heli's African Beans. Deeelicious.
YUM. I made that the other night, and will most likely be having the leftovers for lunch today. Haven't thought about dinner yet, but probably leftover pumpkin soup and garlic bread. Last night was a black bean quesadilla.
Oh, and I've been having pineapple upside down cake for dessert.
Pierogis!

It's so cold, and I can't be bothered standing in the cold kitchen for too long!
I'm thinking...leftover rice balls, some edamame sea veggie soup from 30 MV's Taste of the East, tempeh tacos w/ thai salsa. And I made sugar-free chocolate puddin' pie.
Throw together taco salad: butter lettuce and spinach, onions, carrots, cucumber, leftover salsa, chickpea tostadas (vegan dad's recipe), cheddar daiya, tofutti sour supreme, and homemade corn chips.
i ad chipotle like 3 or 4 times this weekend.

Sugar free? Blech.

No, it's not "blech" it's really good.
Sugar-free desserts = not dessert.

I didn't read this in time so I had the tagine. But I'm having pizza tonight. ;)b
Pizza was so awesome. Homemade everything! whole wheat crust, roasted tomato & herb sauce, pesto, chopped red peppers and onion. Oh... and daiya :)
Everything was local except the onions and the flour for the crust!
