Which egg replacer?

I'm trying to veganize this recipe for Easter http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/ina-garten/lemon-bars-recipe/index.html. I'm not sure how to replace the eggs, though. In the recipe they're used for moisture, binding, and I think leavening. It should have a velvety, custardy texture. I really don't want to use silken tofu. I've been thinking of a combo of oat flour and a water/bkg soda/oil mixture. Any thought?

When you have that many eggs, it gets tricky to replace them. Here's what I would suggest: find another lemon square recipe that's already been veganized. Oh look, here's one!
