Weekly Giveaway: Bee-Free Honee! signorina_salieri is the winner!

They say you get more bees with honey than with vinegar. Well, I say that you get more vegans with Bee-Free Honee (http://www.beefreehonee.com/) than with honey! Oh, and the bees like it better that way, too. Bee-Free Honee is an apple-based sweetener that's absolutely delicious. It's perfect for sweetening up any of your Cinco de Mayo dishes. I used it instead of brown sugar in these No Bake Mexican Hot Chocolate Cookies and they were eaten in five minutes flat. I've also stirred it into tea, mixed it with granola, and just squeezed it into my mouth. Don't knock it 'til you've tried it. Viva la (Bee-Free Honnee) Revolutión!

To win a bottle, let me know what's on your Cinco de Mayo menu! Giveaway ends on Tuesday, May 10th at midnight, PST! Winner will be chosen at random! Must live in USA to win.

Good luck!

I'm actually not doing Mexican food, but my boyfriend and I are cooking dinner for his mother for Mother's Day.  We're making the stuffed mushrooms and steamed brussels sprouts (which I blogged about here - http://thetravelingaustinvegan.blogspot.com/2011/02/homemade-vegan-sushi-brussels-sprouts.html ), and spaghetti with marinara sauce.

I just had my wisdom teeth taken out, so I'm stuck with soy yogurt, over-cooked and soupy oatmeal, split pea soup, and fruit smoothies with coconut milk.
