Did anybody see House last night?

In the episode there where a vegan couple with a baby who came in because their baby was sick.  Well the baby was way underweight, House treated the parents like they were stupid just like he always does, but he did NOT say that the baby needed animal products, I was waiting for that, he never said to feed the baby diary or meat, he just walked out.

Then the parents got arrested for child neglect...because they were vegan feeding their child a vegan diet, and because the child was underweight, Cutty (the main doctor) imediately assumed that the parents were bad...but  not House, the rare soft side came out on  him, he was pissed.  So the episode goes on, House does some research on the baby and he uncovered that the baby had a thyroid problem, not because of the vegan parents, which cleared the parents of the child neglect charges.

I loved the episode, it showed that vegan lifestyle is possible and okay for babies.

Argh. I missed it.  I wish I had On Demand.

Yeah, I saw it.  I was about to get annoyed, but I should have known that things are never as they seem at the beginning of the show.  The thing that gave House pause was that they said that their uncle, a nutritionist (with an actual degree), had approved what they were feeding the baby.

Ahhh, Fox on Demand is blocked here at work.  That is okay, I can see why, it just is almost Christmas and nobody is here and so I am really bored, there isn't anything to do.

Here House was a rerun on Tuesday but I was not aware they had a Monday show.  Was it a new one or a rerun?

I think that the Monday nights shows are reruns because he still had his helpers, the girl, and the two guys, can't remember thieir names, before he fired them all.

Kal Penn came to Iowa City this weekend, and he told us that because of the writer's strike they're not shooting any new shows.  They have 4 shows yet-to-air that they shot before the strike; but those'll be on in January.  And if the writers aren't back by then, that's it for this season.  :(

yah this writer's strike is really getting old..so many of our regular "favorite" shows are repeats.
