Cauliflower Poppers
What you need:
1 large head cauliflower, chopped to florets
juice of 1 lemon
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dried dill
fresh black pepper, to taste
2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
What you do:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Whisk together the remaining ingredients.
2. Toss with the cauliflower.
3. Bake for 40 minutes, stirring once about halfway through the cooking time.
They're ready when they get nicely browned and they're tender but not mushy. I like to leave mine in until they get chewy blackened parts, but that's just me.
These are soooo good - sometimes when I want a light dinner I'll just make a batch and eat it all myself, easily as good as French fries!

SO HOW'D IT GO?
I love these! My whole family is seriously addicted to them. They satisfy my junk food craving! Its a great recipe for when cauliflower goes on sale!
These are sooooo good!! I bought a head of organic cauliflower at the market today on a whim. I usually hate cauliflower, no clue why I bought it. I didn't know what to do with this so I just searched here for cauliflower. This is AWESOME, probably the only time I've ever really liked this veg!! I added a T of tamari and used a bunch of fresh dill since I had some leftover from making tzatziki sauce.
these were ok... too lemoney... probably wont make them again sorry :(
Mmmmmm...I'm eating these right now and they are delicious! I used a mixture of frozen cauliflower and brussel sprouts. So good and easy to prepare! These will definitely be made again!
wonderful :) my whole family loved this recipe ! used matzo meal to coat and it turned out great !
So easy, yet so delicious! These are surprisingly good! They will definitely take the place of french fries in my home!
this isnt that bad at all! I hate cauliflower i really really dislike it but this is not bad. I also didnt have NY but it was nice anyway. ;)b
oh wow! i got a huge head of cauliflower on sale today. i was assuming i'd be making a lot of curried cauliflower soup. forget that! this stuff rocks. i just did 1/4 of a head to test. it never even made it to a plate. i pulled it out of the oven while i was finishing the rest of dinner. no one else in my house really cares for cauliflower. so i ate it all! this is by far my favorite cauliflower recipe ever. thanks!
Alright, this may sound a little crazzzzzzy BUT, I thought this was so good that I tried it again the very next night with brussel sprouts!!! Again, super delicious. I would imagine that this marinade goes well with all sorts of vegetables. :)>>>
I have had this recipe in my box for a really long time just waiting for cauliflower to be in season and or/go on sale.
Well it finally happened and I'm glad it did because this was delicious! I was somewhat skeptical at first about the spice mixture but they blended very well. I just added about 3/4 tsp of cayenne to give it a little bit of a kick (i love spicy) which I thought was a nice addition. I also broiled them for about 1 minute at the very end to ensure that they'd be crispy and brown on the outside.
I think I have found my new substitute for greasy fries...thanks so much!
