In search of toothache-friendly meals

I've recently undergone a root canal, and my tooth is so sensitive that for the next couple days I'm on a liquid diet.

Any specific soup/ect. recipes you would reccomend that literally require no chewing? Or perhaps some full-meal smoothies?

I'm on this diet now myself. 
Had 6 temporary crowns put on my lower front teeth yesterday.  :'(
Bought a Vitamix today. wooohoo! But it won't be here for a while.  Meanwhile I'm eat soup from asceptic cartons and mashed potatoes/cauliflower.

I can't eat anything too cold, or too hot. 

Any ideas for warm mushy food would be greatly appreciated.    :-\

cream of rice, or cream of wheat, lukewarm.

when i had my wisdom teeth out, i'd heard of overcooked pasta as a good food, but it wasn't really worth it. dal or "cream of ____" was the way to go, for both that and my horrible root canal.

Do you have the Garden of Vegan cookbook? I really like the Wild Mushroom Soup recipe from there. Or maybe if you're not in the mood for cooking, Amy's Organic vegan soups are a nice easy choice.

Thanks everyone.

I've been eating luke warm "Roto-beans". 
Dump one jar of cooked pinto beans in a pan with a little veggie broth.  Pulverize with an immersion blender and drink.    :-\
For added taste I sometimes throw in some salsa before blending.

I haven't tried cream of anything yet.  Thanks I will try.

I never knew how much I loved crunchy until I can't have it. 

Two more weeks of this very special weight loss diet.  yippee!

Avocado! You can eat it straight-up, you can have it as guac with some refritos, make a smoothie/frosty with frozen bananas and avocado and just enough liquid to keep things going... Also hummus, soymilk pudding and/or soft tofu...

Although I'd pretty much be happy with nothing but smoothies and soup. :P

Lots of soup--for something filling, maybe a split pea soup that you puree up? Or the carrot ginger soup from Vegan Table would be awesome, too. I love soups!
