i had a steady dose of wilco on the way into work.
i will be listening to the new panic cd in just a few minutes.

dropkick murphys. I dont know, sometimes I just have to get them out. they really arent that talented (imho), but they had flashes of greatness, and those are the parts I listen to.

Listen to "Everything In Its Right Place" around 0:10 and then listen to the new track "Morning Mr. Magpie" around 2:20 If you listen closely to the background voices of both songs, they sound very similar. ???
I know Nine Inch Nails has done this to create a thread between songs....

I've been listening to them recently, too. I'm going through a phase because it's: Dropkick Murphys, Flogging Molly, Pogues, The Fenians, Flatfoot 56...
Not all day, everyday - but there's definitely been an upswing.

I'm listening to Mumford and Sons, Weezer, and Cake lately.
It must be the tattoos! Although I have to claim exemption, cause I don't have any. I just heard DKM's for first time in the movie The Departed and said, "hmmm, I am gonna have to check out who does that song...." about a year later, I thought, "ah, i was supposed to check out that song...." and did. Then listened to them for a while and now have to get a fix ever half year or so. Funny, "that song" Shipping Up To Boston was written by none other than Woody Guthrie. Also I like Johnny I Hardly Knew Ya.... "Drums and guns and guns and drums, harooh, harooh!" among a few others.
Also, I find for running Rob Zombie is killer.
About ink, or lack thereof: Tats are so permanent. What if they came up with one that would scroll different stuff, and could be programmed and dynamic and integrate with your mobile phone......damn, what a keen idea!
As for me today, I am not going to lie, I have been listening/watching youtube clips of Charlie Sheen all day. I think next time he is arrested (safe to hold your breath) he should say "paradigm" a lot. Cops and judges LOVE that!
