What did you do for exercise today?

So this is a total rip-off of the "What did you cook/eat today" thread, but I thought that people might also enjoy posting their workouts/getting inspiration from other people's. Here we go!
Yesterday: 5 mile run
Today: probably a 9-10 mile bike ride
Second day in a row I've forgone riding my bike to work because the weather people said it was suppose to rain and it doesn't look like it's going to all day. Hopefully making it to the gym after work....
Back on track last night. Shred 1 and this yoga DVD, all the way through.
Related to bikes: I got a new (to me) bike for my birthday! Yayy! DH got one too as a late birthday present from me. First day we got them we rode around the neighborhood, which is a lot hillier than either of us originally thought. On Sunday, weather permitting, I'm hoping on going for a longer ride on a trail. We live between 2 bike/walking trail systems--2 miles in either direction. One of them is brand new to me, so I'm excited to explore it. (It runs for about 47 miles, well across the state line--I'll be happy to get just a handful of that.) The other is a reclaimed trolley trail that actually runs up past my work. (I didn't bike to work when I lived even closer to work, so I doubt I'll do it now. I hate coming in all sweaty.)
this week has been hectic, so I only made it to the gym for the first time last night, wasn't feeling the flashest though. Did a 5km bike warm up and my normal leg exercise programme, 3 sets of 12 reps of leg press, extensions, curls, calf raises and adductor machine.
Stirred my cherry wine by hand.

Now THAT's the kind of exercise I could totally keep up with every day.
My exercise today involved gym equipment. Then I went for a jog (for whatever reason, I left the dog at home). It started pouring rain on me, and it felt wonderful. :)
at the stables all day for the past three days. I cleaned stalls, rode 3 or 4 horses, and ran after the dogs who got loose.
When i'm not riding every day, i try to run about 3-4 miles, or do cardio classes at the gym.
I am loving to see that there are other people out there that both ride horses and run. Anyone ride horses, run and do martial arts? I am a red belt in taekwondo...keeping physically active seems to keep me balanced - makes all of the foolishness from work seem not as important. :)
Yesterday: 5 mile run, 20 minutes of core.
Today: 1.5 hour rollerblade (I really need to get my rollerskiing poles fixed...)
swoop: my brother and sister do taekwondo! ... and i used to ride...
We hit 105ºF out there so I stayed inside and did the ironing in a new way, carrying each separate garment to the closet and then back to the board for another...clocked up over 7000 steps in the course of the day.
I carried moving boxes from my old apartment to my car and then unloading them in the new apartment in 100 degree heat....It feels like I've sweated (sp?) off 5 pounds.
6 mile bike ride (to and from a fundraiser), 4 mile run
yesterday i biked about 35 miles. it was lots of climbing so it took a few hours if i remember correctly.
today i ran a few miles. i still have not upped my running abilities. need to work on that.
I typed with my fingers. A lot.

Hespedal (or other bikers!), what do you do about the butt-thing?? I've just started biking more, and do wear biking shorts, but still find my booty is fairly sore for days after from the bike seat. I never see bikers with those fuzzy, poofy bike seats so I know they're probably not the solution!!
Anyway, just thought I'd ask in case anyone has ideas that will save my sorry butt! ;D
I ate something chewy.
