What did you do for exercise today?

So this is a total rip-off of the "What did you cook/eat today" thread, but I thought that people might also enjoy posting their workouts/getting inspiration from other people's.  Here we go!

Yesterday:  5 mile run
Today:  probably a 9-10 mile bike ride

last night: quick ten minute warm up on treadmill, upper body workout of three sets of 10-12 reps of chest press, shoulder press, seated row, lat pulldown, tricep pushdown, bicep curls.

And then home for soup for dinner - now if only I had've thought, I could have had something chewy for dinner, and skipped the gym hahaha

god, i suck. fixed it again.

anyway, yesterday i biked, today i jogged. my workout sucked, though. i was sluggish. stupid pms.

Today... nothing yet. Soon enough I'll get off my butt and onto shred. Only two more days of level 1!

Yesterday I didn't shred--but I went on a 10-mile bike ride with the DH on our new bikes. It's the longest I've ridden in a while--need to build up. Once I get on the trail I feel like I could go forever--unfortunately my neighborhood is SO hilly.

Yesterday: leg workout at the gym. 
Random story: first exercise I do is leg press, usually 60kg.  I completed my three sets, though I found it a bit tough, but was feeling pretty tired, so attributed the difficulty to that.  Then my husband comes over from the other side of the gym and says 'do you realise you just did 100kg?' - ahh, no.  oops. So yeah, there were two extra 20kg weights on the machine and I hadn't even noticed. Woot. Random story over.

I started my 10, 10, 10 program for the 30 day shred today.  :w00t!:  I'm also going to yoga in a little while.

Yesterday:  45-minute "prison cell" workout consisting of a variety of squats, lunges, push ups, dips, crunches, leg lifts, calf raises, etc.
Today:  8 miles biked (total), plus I'm planning on doing some core later.  I was going to go on a 1.5 hour rollerski, but there's been thunderstorms with heavy rain all day. :(

Monday- ran/walked for a few miles. stupid period, I have no desire to do anything except for sleep and eat everything in sight.

Yesterday- barn all day. Went out for a "short" (4 mile) trail ride with a few friends, rode a new green horse that we got into the barn last week, and cleaned out too many stalls to count.

Today- slept til 2. pressed the buttons on my blender. proceeded to go back to sleep.

Yesterday: exercised my powers of concentration and patience while adjudicating 15 year old school kids' debates for three hours. Hrmph.

I ran ten miles. Straight. And then I was too thirsty to go on.

I got stood up for a date, and I was really angry I guess.

Yesterday: 2 hour bike ride, followed by a 5 mile bike (to the co-op and back)
Today: going to FINALLY get out on my rollerskis

Monday:  3 hours
Tuesday: 4 hours
Wednesday: 4 hours
Thursday: 3 hours
Friday: 2 hours
Saturday: 2 hours
Sunday: not a damn thing  :)>>>

Then again, does it count as exercise if it's my job?!?!
